Hi you, I’m Tara — a freedom-first, soul-led guide for women who are done with the hustle and ready to live in full presence.
I was the good girl. The one who bent herself into shapes for approval, thinking perfection equalled love. It always felt like I was starring in someone else’s story.
But the signs were there.
At 15, I was told to choose between rugby sevens and theatre. I did both.
At 17, Rich Dad, Poor Dad taught me to ask “how can I?” instead of “I can’t.”
In my twenties, I stopped chasing paths to make my family proud and started learning from people already living the life I wanted.
Growth didn’t come from pushing. It came from permission.
Now I live a life I chose: integrated, energised, and wildly present. Ease is my strategy, joy is my compass, and boundaries are sacred. I guide other women to do the same, without burning out or betraying themselves.
